This Shipping Policy explains how Suit Up Tailors ships made to measure garments and related products to customers in Canada and the United States.
Because made to measure garments are created using your confirmed measurements and selected design details, shipping timelines include both production time and carrier delivery time.
Production and Delivery Timeline
Made to measure garments are typically shipped to your door within 4 to 5 weeks from the time your order and measurements are confirmed.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, fabric availability, measurement confirmation, production schedules, carrier schedules, holidays, weather, and customs processing.
If additional information is required to complete your order, production may begin after the required information has been received.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using an appropriate carrier based on your delivery location. Carriers may include DHL, Canada Post, or another trusted shipping provider.
For U.S. customers, DHL may be used when appropriate. For Canadian customers, DHL, Canada Post, or another suitable carrier may be used depending on the order and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, Suit Up Tailors will provide a tracking number so you can follow the status of your shipment through the carrier.
Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Shipping Rate
All orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $25 CAD unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may delay delivery.

Carrier Delays
Suit Up Tailors cannot be held responsible for shipment delays once your order is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Carrier delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Taxes and Duties
Canadian customers will be charged the appropriate sales tax at checkout.
U.S. customers will not be charged Canadian sales tax or duties by Suit Up Tailors.
If you are charged duties by customs, please submit your customs receipt to Suit Up Tailors for review and reimbursement.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most current shipment details.
