This Purchase Policy explains the terms that apply when you place an order with Suit Up Tailors.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the made to measure process and agree to the terms outlined below.
Made to Measure Orders
All custom garments are created using measurements provided by the customer.
Made to measure garments are not standard retail products. Each garment is created for one customer based on measurements, selected design details, and fabric choices.
Once production has started, made to measure orders are final sale.
Customer Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
If you choose to take your own measurements without assistance from Suit Up Tailors, Suit Up Tailors cannot be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements.
We recommend following the measurement instructions carefully and having another person assist you when taking measurements.
Online Consultations
Online camera consultations can only be booked after a customer has made a purchase.
Consultations are designed to help guide customers through the measurement and fitting process.
Consultation availability may vary depending on scheduling, order volume, and customer location.
Order Review
Before placing your order, please review your garment selections, fabric choices, design options, measurements, shipping details, and contact information carefully.
Incorrect information may delay production or affect the final fit of your garment.
Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Suit Up Tailors accepts major credit cards, PayPal, and Suit Up Tailors gift certificates when available at checkout.
Your order will not move into production until payment and required order details have been confirmed.
Taxes
Canadian customers will be charged the appropriate sales tax at checkout.
U.S. customers will not be charged Canadian sales tax by Suit Up Tailors.
Production and Delivery
Made to measure garments are typically shipped to your door within 4 to 5 weeks from the time your order and measurements are confirmed.
Production and delivery timelines may vary depending on fabric availability, measurement confirmation, order volume, carrier schedules, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
No Returns or Refunds
Made to measure garments use the unique measurements of the customer. For this reason, returns and refunds are not available once production has started.
Production Imperfections
If a production imperfection is found, Suit Up Tailors may remake and ship the garment free of charge at our discretion.
The customer has 7 days from the date of receiving the garment to submit two clear photos outlining the imperfection.
