Overview
This Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and remakes are handled for custom-tailored garments purchased from Suit Up Tailors.
Because each custom-tailored garment is created using your unique measurements and selected design details, these garments are final sale once production has started.
Custom-Tailored Garments
Your custom-tailored garment fabric is cut using your unique measurements. For this reason, Suit Up Tailors does not offer returns or refunds on custom-tailored garments.
Custom-tailored garments cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because they are created specifically for one customer.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale once production has started or the item has been prepared for the customer:
- Custom-tailored suits
- Custom-tailored shirts
- Custom-tailored wedding garments
- Custom garments created using customer measurements
- Garments with selected fabrics, linings, buttons, styling, or personalization chosen by the customer
- Gift certificates, unless required otherwise by applicable law
No Refunds
Refunds are not available for custom-tailored garments because the garment is created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold as a standard product.
This includes changes of mind, incorrect size expectations, customer measurement errors, fabric preference changes, style preference changes, or delays caused by incomplete customer information.
Production Imperfections
If a production imperfection is found, Suit Up Tailors may provide one free remake of your garment at our discretion.
A production imperfection refers to a manufacturing issue with the garment. It does not include fit issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Reporting a Production Imperfection
You have 7 days from the date you receive your garment to report a possible production imperfection.
To submit a concern, please send the following information to Suit Up Tailors:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Two clear photos showing the production imperfection
- Any additional details that may help us review the garment
All production imperfection claims are reviewed at the discretion of Suit Up Tailors.
Remakes
If Suit Up Tailors determines that a remake is appropriate, we will remake and ship the garment free of charge.
Only one free remake may be provided for an approved production imperfection.
Measurement Responsibility
All custom made garments are created using the measurements provided by the customer.
If you choose to take your own measurements without assistance from Suit Up Tailors, we cannot be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements.
Shipping a Garment for Review
Please do not ship a garment back to Suit Up Tailors unless we have requested it after reviewing your concern.
If we request that a garment be shipped for review, we will provide instructions at that time.
